Want to jump straight into a project? Granny squares are the quintessential crochet project.
You will need to bring your own yarn and matching hook for this workshop. This workshop can be completed using just one colour of yarn, but having multiple will allow you to learn colour changes as well. Choose a yarn that you are comfortable working with, and can easily identify your stitches.
The size of yarn doesn’t matter (as long as all of your yarn is the same thickness), but thicker yarn will create larger squares. If you’d like advice on which yarn to purchase for use in this workshop, please arrive a few minutes early and advice can be given in the shop.
