DESCRIPTION:Level 2 - For those who know their basic stitches and want to l
 earn something new\n\nThis workshop will teach you the basics of the waffl
 e stitch\, getting you confident in the techniques used\, so that you can 
 go on to make a project of any size\, using any yarn you desire. You will 
 only need one ball to learn the technique in the workshop.\n\nYou will nee
 d to bring along your own yarn and appropriate hook for this workshop. Yar
 n thickness does not matter for learning the skills in this workshop. Choo
 se a yarn that you are comfortable working with\, and can easily identify 
 your stitches. Fluffy or textured yarns will make it harder to see your st
 itches as you’re working them. The waffle stitch tends to be quite a tig
 ht stitch\, so you may want to go up a hook size\, compared to the size re
 commended on your yarn’s ball band.\n\nIf you'd like advice of which yar
 n to purchase to use in this workshop\, please arrive a few minutes early 
 and advice can be given in the shop.\n\nThis sample was made with Hayfield
  Bonus Chunky\, and a 7mm hook.
